Coaching

Coaching for people already doing the work

Confidential, one-to-one and team coaching that starts from what you need to change and is structured around reaching it.

What coaching is

A thinking partnership, not advice

Coaching is a structured conversation that helps you think more clearly about a situation you are already in, and then act on it.

A coach does not tell you what to do or supply a template. The value is in the quality of attention, the questions, and the fact that you leave each session having committed to something specific.

Sessions are confidential. What is said in them stays between you and your coach.

Coaching areas

How we work with people

Three areas, each with a different focus.

Executive Coaching

One-to-one work with senior leaders.

Confidential sessions focused on the decisions, relationships and trade-offs a senior role actually involves — not a generic leadership curriculum.

Career Coaching

Direction, transition and progression.

For people at a decision point: changing field, stepping up, or working out what the next stage should look like before committing to it.

Team Coaching

Working with a team as a unit.

Sessions with an intact team on how it works together — communication, decision-making and accountability — rather than coaching members separately.

Who it supports

Who we work with

Senior leaders

People carrying responsibility for decisions, teams and direction, who need a confidential place to think.

Practitioners

Coaches and professionals developing their own practice, including those working towards a qualification.

Organisations

Employers investing in individuals or building internal coaching capability across a team.

Our approach

How an engagement runs

Four stages, from first conversation to review.

  1. Step 1: An initial conversation

We talk through what has prompted you to look for coaching and what you want to be different. There is no obligation at this stage.

  2. Step 2: Agreeing the focus

We set out what the work is for, how many sessions it is likely to take, and how you will know it has been useful.

  3. Step 3: The sessions

Regular, confidential conversations. The agenda is yours; our part is to make the thinking sharper and hold you to what you decide.

  4. Step 4: Reviewing progress

We check the work against what you set out to change, and adjust or close the engagement accordingly.

Enquire

Start with a conversation

Tell us briefly what you are looking for. We will come back to you to arrange an initial conversation — there is no cost or obligation at that stage.

Enquiring on behalf of an organisation? Mention it in your message and we will route it to the right person.

Optional, but it helps us respond usefully.
